Agreement and service

These terms apply to a Shopify merchant's use of Givnori. Installing or using the app confirms that the merchant has authority to accept them for the store.

Givnori provides tools to configure finite gift-with-purchase campaigns, publish app-owned Shopify discounts, and display a gift picker on supported storefronts. Shopify's cart and checkout calculations remain authoritative.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate campaign settings, maintain eligible products and gift availability, test campaigns before promotion, and comply with applicable consumer, pricing, advertising, and tax laws. Merchants may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate another party's rights.

Service limits

The service targets Online Store 2.0 cart pages and ordinary one-time purchases in the store's base currency. Compatibility is not guaranteed for dynamic checkout, headless storefronts, unverified cart drawers, competing discounts, subscription products, or every theme customization. Givnori does not guarantee gift availability, conversion, revenue, or uninterrupted operation.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is offered on recurring monthly or annual plans. The applicable price, billing interval, and any eligible trial are shown in Givnori and on Shopify's approval screen before a charge is accepted. Shopify processes app charges. A subscription renews on its stated interval until it is canceled.

Cancellation

Merchants can request cancellation through Givnori's billing controls or uninstall the app. The cancellation status and effective date are those confirmed by Shopify. Pausing or ending a campaign does not cancel the app subscription. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or Shopify's applicable terms.

Suspension and changes

Access may be limited or suspended for unpaid charges, security risk, misuse, or a material breach of these terms. Givnori may update the service or these terms and will provide notice when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
